There are four modules to the Fast Track to Wellness Course. First, you get access to an online membership site where you will see pre-recorded video tutorials. These Modules are designed to show you, step-by-step, how to

Each Module has four lessons with videos. Take notes, and put the lessons into your daily actions to make them habits. Introduction
To start off, I go through everything right in my own home, nothing fancy and I keep it really simple so that you can see I’m doing and teaching the real deal.
Eat Better
You will learn The Daily Detox and how to speed up your metabolism for weight loss, and regulate healthy gut function. I will show you quick foods you can prep for instant energy and how to start off with a nutrient dense breakfast that is simple to make. I’ll go over one of the easiest ways to prevent late night snacking which is a big culprit to weight gain. And finally, I will literally give you a virtual tour of my fridge and pantry so that you can be set up for success when it comes to eating better.
Sleep Better
If you don’t get a proper rest, you not only can’t think well, but your brain can’t properly help your body heal. In addition, lack of proper sleep is linked to weight gain. So I’ve got to get you sleeping properly right away. Here I will teach you a routine for a proper sleep and how best to sleep. I will go over a few deep sleep tricks to troubleshoot any challenges you have for not getting that deep restorative sleep you so desperately need. I will show you right in my own bedroom how to sleep.
Think Better
Learn how to keep your mind from drifting by starting the day with a solid morning routine. I will show you how to plan your day, and your week, while living out your goals and dreams. You will learn how to refresh your entire body with a deep breathing technique that is so vital for replenishing your entire body with oxygen.
Move Better
What can you do in 90 seconds that will move every single joint in your body? Here you will learn to do just that. Think of it as lubrication for all your achey joints. Then I will go over how you can achieve a great fitness level in just 6 minutes—and the best part is that you can do it right in your own kitchen with no fancy equipment. Lastly, I will show you how to restore that nagging yucky slouched posture you’ve got going on with my expertly curated postural stretches.
So, what happens after the Fast Track to Wellness?
The course is geared to implement each lesson daily and then build on the next lesson and then the next daily lesson, until you have completed all 4 Modules. There are 3 lessons in each module so it is set up to complete the entire module in one week.
Some will finish the Fast Track to Wellness course in 4 weeks, but some will take longer and a few keeners might just skim through and finish earlier. But if you follow the instructions, make notes from the videos and implement each actionable step into your daily life, you will be well on your way to a better you.
